ARC Gets Ready for 14^th Annual Relay

We are getting close to the 14^th American Cancer Society Relay for Life of the Sun Cities which will take place in Beardsley Park on Sunday, February 22, 2026 from 3:00-7:30.

Steve Victor, your captain, has already signed up the ARC team at www.relayforlife.org/suncitiesaz  Last year ARC raised $5,000 to promote research as well as to help those individuals going through this dreaded disease.  We hope to beat that number this year. We are especially looking for survivors to honor on this day. Survivors will do a Victory lap around 4:00.  A dinner provided by Sardella’s Pizza & Wings will take place at 5:15 for Survivors & a Guest. Just show up.

You DO NOT have to walk around the track.  Not your typical Relay. Hope you will go around once to check out activities at the Ramadas.

You can help by:

·      Signing up for the team-on line or fill out form in folder at Monitor desk-$20

·      Bringing your car to the event for a mini car display/3:00-5:00-$20

·      Monetary donations-No amount is too small

·      Purchasing a luminaria-$10-to honor someone who has lost, won or is fighting cancer

·      Canned food donations to hold down the luminaria bags (Food goes to Food Bank)

·      Come out and support your team on the 22^nd and purchase some raffle tickets.
